my toilet in the upstairs bathroom started leaking in to my kitchen. The main drain is an old terracotta pipe and is kind of offset. I can't seem to get it to seal.

Need to have a new shower fixture/valve installed. Want to move over as well to center on new shower enclousre being installed, so some piping may need to be redone, especially since new valve has female threads, whereas current valve is welded to pipes. Wall will already be exposed and new fixture and valve has already been purchased.

I have a storm drain in my backyard and would like to have a manual valve installed to prevent it from flooding. The storm drain is connected to the City system, but not installed by the City.

I need new gas pipe installed from the meter to two furnaces, a water heater, a cookstove and a laundry dryer. One furnace and the water heater are in the basement. One furnace and the stove are on the first floor. The dryer is on the second floor.

Upstairs toilet is leaking. Ceiling below it on the first floor now has a large water mark. Turned off water to toilet and that has stopped the watermark from growing. Need a free estimate as soon as possible. Thanks and have a great day!
